Welcome to the Kids Week website (the “Website”) which is run by The Society of London Theatre. The Society of London Theatre is the trading name of West End Theatre Managers Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, Company No 527227, whose registered office is at 32 Rose Street, London, WC2E 9ET (“SOLT” or “we”, “us”, “our”).

By using this Website and/or any content or materials available through it, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change the Terms and Conditions from time to time at our discretion and your use of this Website will be subject to the most current version of the Terms and Conditions posted on this Website at the time of such use.

NEWSLETTERS

If you subscribe to any of SOLT’s suite of newsletters including any Kids Week newsletter, we will only use your contact details in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You will not receive a regular newsletter more than once a week, while special offers (if you subscribe to receive them) will not be sent to your email address more than three times a week. You may choose to unsubscribe at any time by logging into your account and changing your preferences or, alternatively, by notifying us in writing.

We will only use any personal information that we may collect about you in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy forms an essential part of these Terms and Conditions and it is important that you read it. By accepting these Terms and Conditions you also accept and consent to our Privacy Policy.

We will only use your information for the following purposes:

3.1. to provide you with our newsletter, information about Kids Week 2011, and future events and promotions that either you request from us or which we feel may interest you;

3.2. to provide customer service to you in relation to your use of the Site, to deal with enquiries and complaints relating to the use of the Site and to notify you about changes to our service; and

3.3. to administer, support, improve and develop our Site.

7.1. The information that you provide to us will be collected and processed on our behalf by Silverpop Systems Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number: 5178205). For the avoidance of doubt, we may also have access to this information.

7.2. Appropriate security measures will be adopted to protect your information from access by unauthorised persons and against unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction and damage. However, you acknowledge that data transmission over the internet is inherently insecure and that we cannot guarantee the security of data sent over the internet.

7.3. Your information will only be held for a reasonable period or as long as the law requires or permits.

8. International Data Transfers

Your personal data may be transferred, processed and/or stored by Silverpop Systems Limited outside the European Economic Area (specifically the USA). By submitting your personal data, you agree to such transfer, storing or processing. 9.1. You are entitled to see the personal information we hold about you and you may ask us to make any necessary changes to ensure that it is accurate and kept up to date. We are entitled by law to charge a fee of £10 to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you.
