3. Kids Week Offer Terms and Conditions
3.1 Offer ends 31 August 2016.
3.2 Offer does not apply to tickets already booked and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, rate, or offer.
3.3 Bookings cannot be made in person at the theatre; tickets must be purchased via the Kids Week website or by telephoning the See Tickets Kids Week Ticket Hotline on 0844 995 9662 (24hrs - calls cost 7p per minute plus your phone company’s access charge).
3.4 Booking opens at 10:00 on 14 June 2016 for performances from 1 to 31 August 2016.
3.5 Offer is subject to availability for certain performances, especially at weekends.
3.6 Shows may not be offering tickets at all price points for all performances and there is no guarantee that specific seats, performance dates or prices will be available.
3.7 Shows and activities on offer may change throughout the promotion.
3.8 There is a limit of 8 tickets per transaction.
3.9 For every full price adult ticket purchased, a child aged 16 or under will be issued with a free ticket. Adults may purchase up to 2 additional child tickets for half price.
3.10 Activity places must be purchased as part of a show and activity package.
3.11 No refunds or exchanges will be offered unless a performance is cancelled.
3.12 Separate terms and conditions issued by participating restaurants will apply to the Kids Eat Free promotion. The Kids Eat Free promotion is not operated by SOLT.
4. Accessing and Using the Site
4.1 You may not use the Site in any improper or unlawful manner or in breach of any legislation or licence that applies to you or in any way that is fraudulent, or has any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect.
4.2 Without limiting the foregoing, you agree that when using the Site you will not:
- intimidate or harass others or disclose personal information about others that could amount to harassment or intimidation;
- publish, post, upload, transmit, share, store, distribute, disseminate or otherwise make available any content that we deem to be unlawful, defamatory, infringing, obscene, sexually explicit, harmful, fraudulent, confidential, libellous, hateful, discriminatory, threatening or otherwise illegal material or information or anything which might constitute a criminal or civil offence or promote violence;
- upload files that contain software or other material which are the Intellectual Property Rights (as defined below) of any third party or which are protected by rights of privacy or publicity of any third party without having received all necessary consents;
- upload, post, transmit, share or otherwise make available any material that contains viruses, corrupted files, or any other computer code, files, software or programs that may interfere with, damage, interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of the Site or any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;
- solicit personal information from anyone under 18 or solicit passwords or personally identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes;
- create multiple logins, if applicable;
- use or attempt to use another’s account, service or system without their authorisation, or create a false identity on the Site or impersonate others;
- post content which promotes a product or service;
- promote any activity that is illegal; or
- use software to harvest information from the Site.
4.3 You agree to comply with all reasonable instructions that we may give you from time to time regarding the use of the Site.
4.4 You are responsible for obtaining (at your own cost) all necessary equipment and telecommunications services required to access and use the Site. You are responsible for ensuring that no one uses your equipment to access the Site without your permission. We will be entitled to assume that anyone who accesses the Site using your equipment has your permission to do so and you will be liable for any charges or any other costs, liabilities or damages that may be incurred by any such person.
5. User Generated Content
- You must not submit any confidential, defamatory, offensive, infringing, obscene, indecent or otherwise unlawful or objectionable material or information nor use the Interactive Services or the Site for any chain letters, junk mail, ‘spamming’ material or any other form of solicitation or bulk communication;
- You must not submit any content or material the Intellectual Property Rights (as defined below) in which are owned by any third party;
- You must not submit any material which is prohibited by the Data Protection Act 1998 or any other applicable data protection or privacy legislation;
- You may only upload or submit material to the Interactive Services which either you own or which you have the permission of the owner of that material to submit;
- Upload, post, transmit, share, store or otherwise make available content that, in our sole judgment, is objectionable or which restricts or inhibits any other person from using or enjoying the Site, or which may expose us or other users of the Site to any harm or liability of any type.
5.6 You warrant and undertake that you own the Intellectual Property Rights in and to all User Generated Content (as defined below) that you submit to the Site or that you are otherwise entitled to submit the same to this Site.
6. Intellectual Property
6.3 Notwithstanding the above, you hereby grant to us a licence to publicly perform, copy, reproduce, display, communicate to the public, modify, manage, distribute and store any of your User Generated Content as part of the Interactive Services, the Site or as part of any materials used to promote or advertise the Site anywhere in the world. You are free to use your User Generated Content outside of the Site in any way you choose and in turn we shall not distribute or sell any of your User Generated Content other than in connection with the Site. However, the licence you grant to us is royalty free and we will not be under any obligation to pay you for any of the User Generated Content on the Site.
6.4 Save in respect of the User Generated Content, all Intellectual Property Rights in and to the Site and all content and materials contained therein are owned by and shall remain owned by us or our licensors. You may view, download and print any materials and information made available to you through the Site subject to the following conditions:
- the material and information may only be used for your personal and non-commercial purposes;
- the material and information shall not be reproduced or included in any other work or publication in any medium;
- the material and information may not be modified or altered in any way;
- the material and information may not be distributed or sold to any third party;
- you may not remove any copyright or other proprietary notices contained in the material or the information.
6.6 Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you believe that content displayed on the Site has violated your copyright or other Intellectual Property Rights.
From time to time it may be possible to enter competitions or prize draws through the Site. There may be additional terms and conditions applicable to those competitions or prize draws and where any such additional terms apply, you will be notified of that fact and given an opportunity to read those terms and conditions before you enter the competition or prize draw.
8. Marketing Communications
If you subscribe to any of SOLT’s suite of newsletters or have elected to receive marketing communications from us, we will not pass on your email address to any third parties for marketing purposes without your prior consent.
You agree that by entering any competition run by us and providing your email address, you have consented to receive emails from us (but not from third parties) containing newsletters and other marketing communications.
By signing up to our Ticket Notification System you are agreeing to be contacted by Kids Week at least once a week with a ticket availability update, and to receive additional newsflash emails where appropriate. You can unsubscribe at any point by emailing email@example.com.
9. Links to and from other websites
9.1 This Site contains links to websites and microsites operated by third parties that are not under our control and are provided to you for your convenience only. We make no warranties or representations whatsoever about any other website which you may access through this Site or any services that they may provide. Without limiting the foregoing, these websites are in no way approved, vetted, checked or endorsed by us and you agree that we shall not be responsible or in any way liable for the content, accuracy, compliance with relevant laws or accessibility of any information, data, advice or statements or for the quality of any products or services available on such sites. If you choose to access a website beyond our control, you do so at your own risk. In addition, use of any such third party website or microsite may be subject to your acceptance of additional terms and conditions.
10.1 We may remove the Site or cease the provision of any of the services available through the Site at any time in our sole discretion for any reason whatsoever.
10.3 Termination of your access to the Site, howsoever caused, shall not affect the accrued rights and liabilities of either you or us as at the time of such termination.
11. Site access
11.1 While we endeavour to ensure that the Site is normally available 24 hours a day, we shall not be liable if for any reason the Site is unavailable at any time or for any period.
11.2 Access to the Site may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond our control.
12.1 While we endeavour to ensure that the information on the Site is correct, we do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, currency and reliability of the material on the Site. Commentary and information is not intended to amount to advice and you should not rely on it without seeking independent advice for your circumstances. 13.3 Without limiting the effect of clause 13.2, due to the inherent risks of using the internet, we cannot be liable for any damage to, or viruses that may infect your computer equipment or any other property when using or browsing the Site. The downloading or other acquisition of any materials or information through the Site is done at your own discretion and risk and with your agreement that you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from the downloading or acquisition of any such materials.
13.4 To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all conditions, warranties, representations or other terms which may apply to our Site or any content on it, whether express or implied.
15. Data Protection and Privacy
16.5 This Agreement and the use of or any dealings in respect of the Site is governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

Theatreland Trail prize draw terms
Prize Draw Rules
1. There is one prize of £250 in Theatre Tokens.
2. Full terms and conditions for Theatre Tokens are available at https://www.theatretokens.com/terms
3. Prize is non-transferable and non-refundable and no cash alternative will be offered.
4. To enter the prize draw, you should write your name and email address onto a completed Theatreland Trail (available at the booth or downloadable at http://www.tkts.co.uk/news/article/item358371/theatreland-trail/) and hand it back in at the TKTS booth or post to Kids Week at 32 Rose Street, London, WC2E 9ET. Entries which are illegible or incomplete will not be accepted. No responsibility will be accepted by the promoter for lost entries.
5. Only one entry to the prize draw will be accepted per e-mail address.
6. If you are under 18, your entry will be deemed to be confirmation that you have obtained your parent or guardian’s permission to enter the prize draw.
7. A winner will be picked at random from a draw containing entries received by the closing date.
8. The winner will be notified by email within 7 days of the draw which will take place on 9 September. If there is no response from the winner within 7 days, the promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to an alternative person.
9. The promoter's decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. Unless you have agreed to be added to the TKTS monthly mailing list, your details will only be used to contact the winner and to announce in writing the name of the winner and will not be stored or used for marketing purposes.
11. To obtain details of the winner please write, enclosing a stamped addressed envelope to the promoter after the closing date of the draw.
12. If a prize is unavailable due to circumstances beyond the promoter’s control, the promoter reserves the right to provide a substitute prize.
13. By entering the prize draw, you agree to abide by the rules of the prize draw which include all instructions, the terms and conditions appearing on your entry coupon and these prize draw rules. Where applicable, standard Theatre Tokens terms and conditions will apply.
