Get the most out of Kids Week with our Top Tips

Kids Week 2011 is now over but in preparation for Kids Week 2012, please take a moment to read our helpful tips to ensure you get the most out of your Kids Week experience.

  • If you have a question that is not answered above, email us at kidsweek@solttma.co.uk and we will do our best to respond as quickly as possible.
  • When you are booking shows, be flexible by having at least two or three show options and several dates available. Allocations for certain shows do sell quickly.
  • On the first day the phone lines are always busy. Try booking online or call back later – it pays to be persistent! Please note: the telephone number will be published in June 2012.
  • Bookmark www.kidsweek.co.uk and check it whenever you can. We are constantly updating it with the latest ticket allocations and activity availability.
  • There is a maximum of eight tickets per booking. Group bookings can’t be taken for Kids Week.
  • Please note: wheelchair users will need to book Kids Week tickets directly with the theatre’s box office.
  • Make your trip to the theatre even more affordable by taking advantage of our Kids Eat and Stay for less deals, courtesy of our hotel and restaurant partners.
  • Please read our Child Protection Policy for information on the measures we take to ensure your child's safety.
  • Sign up to receive the Official London Theatre’s free fortnightly Family Bulletin e-newsletter , and follow Kids Week on Facebook and Twitter for year round family-friendly theatre news and information.
