Booking a wheelchair space

Customers who require wheelchair accessible seats will need to book directly with the theatre's box office. Please quote ‘Kids Week' when booking your tickets. The venue will offer you either the Kids Week rate or their existing Access rate, whichever is the cheaper. Please note that the two rates cannot be used in conjunction.

Box office contact details can be found here.

Further Access requirements

If you do not require a wheelchair space but would like to speak to an advisor about the location and accessibility of seats available in the Kids Week promotion, please call our booking line on 0844 995 9662 (calls cost 7p per minute plus your phone company's access charge. International callers should use +44 115 896 0207) to discuss your seating requirements and get help purchasing your seats. Please be aware that Kids Week is only given an allocation of tickets from the theatre so specific seats and prices are not guaranteed.

Assisted Performances

A number of London shows are offering sign language interpreted, captioned and audio-described performances throughout the summer, outside of the Kids Week deal. You can view more information on Official London Theatre’s Assisted Performances page.
